My Samoas Pie layered with chocolate, coconut, and caramel with a perfectly flaky sour cream pastry crust and a crispy coconut open top covered in mini chocolate chips and drizzled with caramel is reminiscent of one of your favorite Girl Scout Cookies.

**I offer Gluten Free, No Sugar Added/Low Glycemic, Non GMO, Reduced Fat, Lactose Free, Egg Free and Organic options. I cannot provide these substitutions for all of my pies. Please get in touch with me to find out if the substitution(s) you need are able to be made for the pie your want.
