Business Orders

SHIPPING : I do not offer shipping options at this time.

DELIVERY : I do not offer delivery on business orders. Once you have submitted your order, I will contact you during my business hours to confirm your order. At that time we will discuss the pick up location, date, and time. 

FULFILLMENT : Please allow at least 2 business days for me to fulfill your order. I am not able to do same-day pick up. I am currently working a full time job Monday - Friday. I have limited times for pick up on weekday evenings and weekends.

I offer Gluten Free, No Sugar Added/Low Glycemic, Non GMO, Reduced Fat, Lactose Free, and Organic options for all my pies. After you have added the pie of your choosing to your cart, go to the "Gluten Free, No Sugar Added, Lactose Free, Etc." list and add the substitution(s) needed for your order.  When I contact you to confirm your order I will go over specifics.

***There is a fee for each individual substitution to cover the increased cost of supplies. Some fees are much higher than others.

***Some options include multiple substitutions, please note the price difference.

***There is a $24.00 fee for Organic to cover the increased cost of multiple supplies.

I take great lengths to not cross contaminate while baking with foods that I do offer containing high allergen foods such as nuts, berries, etc. 

DISCOUNTS : I offer a 10% discount for military, first responders, teachers, and senior citizens 65 or older. Please contact me by phone or text @ (210)445-5373 or email me using the link at the bottom of this page or at tiffanyspiecompany@gmail.com for the coupon code.

I will provide you with a punch card to keep track of the pies you have ordered. Once your card is full, you will need to contact me by text @ (210)445-5373 or email using the link at the bottom of this page or at tiffanyspiecompany@gmail.com and provide me an image of the fully punched card. Then I will provide you with the coupon code to get your next singular order FREEWhen you have ordered 10 of my 9" pies you will get one 9" pie for free with your next order. When you have ordered 14 of my 6" pies (7 orders of 2 pies each) you will get two 6" pies for free with your next order. When you have ordered 16 of my 3" pies (4 orders of 4 pies each) you will get four 3" pies for free with your next order. 

** Only one discount can be applied to each order.

** Punch card cannot be used with orders that have already gotten a discount.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS : If I cannot fulfill your order by the date you desire, I will offer the next available date. If that does not work for you I will offer you a full refund. 

If I am unable to fulfill your order for unforeseen reasons on my end, I will offer you the option of fulfilling your order the next available date. If that does not work for you, I will offer you a full refund. 

If there is something wrong with your pie, if it is inedible, and I am at fault, you can contact me to return the item for a full refund. 

CANCELLATION : If for any reason I need to cancel your order, I will give you a full refund.

I will allow you to cancel your order no questions asked 2 business days, by the end of the business day (according to my business hours), before the agreed upon pick up date and time. I will give you a full refund if it is cancelled accordingly.

BUSINESS HOURS : I am currently working my business as a cottage food business from my home. I am working a full time day job and have limited hours for pick up on weekday evenings and weekends. Pick up hours are Monday - Friday 6pm-9pm, Saturday 9am-9pm and Sunday 2pm-9pm.

It is my goal to become full time with my cottage food business, eventually moving into a brick and mortar establishment.
