Reduced Fat

I offer a Reduced Fat option for all of my pies. I cannot offer a low fat or fat free option. I usually use Butter Flavored Crisco (TM) and Daisy (TM) Sour Cream in my crust.

My reduced fat option uses Country Crock Plant Butter (TM) with Avacado oil and Daisy (TM)Light Sour Cream. Some of my fillings contain cream. In place of cream I will use a skim milk and cornstarch mixture.

Whenever called for, I will use Hershey's (TM) sugar free Chocolate in place of regular chocolate. This is the lowest fat content in a suitable substitution for my crust.
