Much like Italian Crostadas featuring flavors of Greece with delicious blackberries my Blackberry Apricot Pie fuses together a Mediterranean inspired desert amazingly with a perfectly flaky sour cream pastry crust and beautiful lattice top.

**I offer Gluten Free, No Sugar Added/Low Glycemic, Non GMO, Reduced Fat, Lactose Free, Egg Free and Organic options. I cannot provide these substitutions for all of my pies. Please get in touch with me to find out if the substitution(s) you need are able to be made for the pie your want.
