Lactose Free

I offer a Lactose Free option for all of my pies. I usually use Sour Cream in my pie crust, Butter, and Cream in some of my pie fillings, and Chocolate in and on top of some pies.

My Lactose Free crust will use Lactaid (TM) Lactose Free Sour Cream. Country Crock Plant Butter (TM) with Avocado oil in place of butter, and a Lactose free milk and corn starch mixture in place of cream. Dairy Free Baker's Chocolate (TM) is used in place of regular chocolate. 

***The Lactose Free pie will be made with all my other usual ingredients. If you need to substitute any other ingredient(s), there will be additional fee(s).
